HOW MANY SERVINGS ARE IN EACH PACK, AND WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE?

Our tubs and pouches contain 30 servings, enough for one serving a day for a full month. Our On-The-Go and sachet packs contain 20 servings. Every product has a two-year shelf life from the date of manufacture, and you'll find the expiry date printed on each pack.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

Because of the nature of our supplement range, we generally do not offer returns or refunds. The exception: if you are sent the wrong product, or it arrives spoiled or with damaged packaging that affects the contents, please get in touch and we will put it right. To start a return, email us first at info@blastvitality.com; if it is accepted, we will send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

I'M NEW TO BLAST™. WHERE SHOULD I START?

We recommend starting with our nutrient-rich Daily Greens, our flagship and the foundation of a daily routine. From there, add products that match your goals, or build your own with our Build-A-Stack tool.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?

It varies from person to person. Many people notice a difference quite quickly, while for others it takes one to two weeks of daily use, especially if your previous diet was low in fibre or greens. As with all nutrition, consistency over a few weeks gives the clearest results.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE BLAST™ PRODUCTS?

For the best results, use your products daily as directed. Consistency is the key, the benefits of functional nutrition build up over time, so a small daily ritual beats occasional use.

CAN I MIX DAILY GREENS AND DAILY REDS TOGETHER?

You can, but for the best results we suggest Greens in the morning and Reds in the afternoon, so you get the energising lift from greens early and the antioxidant support from reds later in the day.

Frequently asked questions - Safety & suitability

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY AND BREASTFEEDING?

Many of our products are made from clean, food-based ingredients that suit a lot of people. But because every pregnancy and breastfeeding journey is different, and some products (like Daily Focus+, which contains caffeine) aren't suitable, we recommend checking with your doctor or midwife before starting any supplement.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

Many of our food-based products, like Daily Greens, can be enjoyed by children, start with a smaller serving, such as half a scoop, and increase gradually. Products with caffeine or performance actives (Daily Focus+, Daily Creatine+) are made for adults. As with any supplement for children, we suggest checking with your paediatrician first.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN ALLERGENS? ARE THEY VEGAN, HALAAL OR GLUTEN-FREE?

Our plant-based products, Daily Greens, Daily Reds and Daily Protein, are dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free and preservative-free, and are covered by our Halaal certification. Daily Greens and Daily Reds suit a vegan diet, and Daily Protein is plant-based (made from pea and brown-rice protein). Daily Collagen is different: it's made from bovine (beef) collagen, so it is not vegan and is not Halaal-certified. Always check the label of each product for its full ingredient and allergen information.

CAN DAILY GREENS HELP WITH BLOATING, CONSTIPATION OR IBS?

Daily Greens is rich in fibre, greens and digestive enzymes, and many customers tell us it helps them feel less bloated and stay more regular. It's a food supplement, not a medicine, if you have a diagnosed condition like IBS, please check with your doctor before adding it to your routine.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE IF I'M DIABETIC?

Most of our products are sweetened with stevia and contain no added sugar, which many people managing their blood sugar appreciate. We still recommend confirming with your doctor or dietitian, and checking the nutritional panel on each product, before adding it to a diabetic eating plan.

IS IT SAFE TO TAKE YOUR PRODUCTS WHILE UNDERGOING CANCER TREATMENT?

If you're undergoing cancer treatment, please speak to your oncologist or treating specialist before taking any supplement, as some ingredients can interact with treatment. We're happy to send your medical team a full ingredient list to help them advise you.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE WHILE ON DIALYSIS?

If you're on dialysis, please check with your nephrologist before use, some of our products contain electrolytes, greens and protein that your care team may want to factor into your plan. We'll gladly provide a full ingredient and nutritional breakdown.

WHICH PRODUCTS DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR HIGH URIC ACID OR GOUT?

We can't give medical advice on uric-acid levels, please speak to your doctor or dietitian, and we'll happily share full ingredient lists so they can help you choose.

CAN I USE BLAST™ FOR A SKIN CONDITION LIKE ECZEMA?

We can't claim our products treat eczema or other skin conditions. Some customers include Daily Collagen and Daily Greens in a general skin-and-gut wellness routine, but for a diagnosed skin condition please follow your doctor or dermatologist's advice.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CAUSE WEIGHT GAIN?

No. Our products are low in sugar and designed to support a balanced routine, not to add empty calories. Daily Protein and Daily Creatine+ support lean muscle when paired with training, but they won't cause unwanted weight gain on their own.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE DAILY GREENS?

For the best results, have Daily Greens in the morning. Mix one scoop into 250 ml of water or your favourite smoothie, a blender or electric whisk gives the smoothest result.

WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I TAKE DAILY REDS?

Daily Reds are best in the afternoon. Mix one scoop with 250 ml of water, or blend into a smoothie.

HOW DO I USE DAILY COLLAGEN, AND WHEN IS THE BEST TIME?

Simply mix one scoop into 250 ml of any hot or cold drink, tea, coffee, juice or a smoothie, and stir well to dissolve. Daily Collagen works at any time of day; the most important thing is to take it consistently. Many people add it to their morning coffee or smoothie so it becomes an easy daily habit.

HOW DO I PREPARE DAILY PROTEIN?

Mix one scoop into 250 ml of water, or blend it into a smoothie. It pairs perfectly with Daily Greens in the morning or Daily Reds in the afternoon for a nutrient-packed drink.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO USE DAILY HYDRATE+?

On training days, mix 1–2 scoops with 250–500 ml of cold water and sip during your workout. On rest days, mix one scoop with 250 ml of cold water and enjoy any time.

HOW DO I USE DAILY FOCUS+ FOR THE BEST EFFECT?

For a pre-workout boost, mix 5 g in 200 ml (or 10 g in 400 ml) of water and drink 20–30 minutes before your session. It can also be used as a daily focus and concentration aid. It does contain caffeine, so it's best earlier in the day.

HOW DO I TAKE DAILY CREATINE+?

Each serving is 10 g. Take 1–2 servings a day, before or after training for performance, or on rest days, mixed with water or your favourite drink.

HOW AND WHEN DO I TAKE DAILY SLEEP?

Mix 1–2 scoops into 250 ml of hot water or your milk of choice, and drink it 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
