Protein Chocolate Truffles

Makes 8–10 truffles

Ingredients

  • 60g BLAST™ Daily Protein (Chocolate)
  • 18g cocoa powder
  • 30g natural peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
  • 30ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 5g desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)

Method

  1. Add the BLAST™ Daily Protein Choc (or salted vanilla) and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter and almond milk.
  3. Mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of almond milk at a time.
  4. Roll into 8–10 bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each truffle in desiccated coconut.
  6. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.

For an indulgent twist, chill the truffles and drizzle with melted dark chocolate before serving.
