Blast has been a huge help in changing everyday life especially if you constantly on the run with energy spikes and lows.
Having challenges with taking in certain foods the greens help a lot leaving me with a happy tummy, painless and no bloating.
The reds is my afternoon snack and mostly in a fruit smoothie that fills that gap long enough before supper time. No sneaky treats and sugar spikes!
