Makes 8–10 truffles
Ingredients
- 60g BLAST™ Daily Protein (Chocolate)
- 18g cocoa powder
- 30g natural peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 30ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 5g desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
Method
- Add the BLAST™ Daily Protein Choc (or salted vanilla) and cocoa powder to a mixing bowl.
- Stir in the peanut butter and almond milk.
- Mix until a thick dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of almond milk at a time.
- Roll into 8–10 bite-sized balls.
- Roll each truffle in desiccated coconut.
- Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
