BLAST™ Daily Focus+: Pre-Workout Focus Formula

BLAST™ Daily Focus+ is a Citrus Crush flavoured pre-workout drink mix for adults who train, combining caffeine with amino acids, creatine and B-vitamins in one easy-to-mix serving.

Caffeine temporarily promotes alertness and wakefulness, temporarily assists to relieve fatigue and temporarily assists to increase mental activity. Vitamin B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism.

  • L-Glutamine: 2 700 mg
  • Creatine Monohydrate: 2 000 mg
  • L-Tyrosine: 875 mg
  • β-Alanine: 500 mg
  • L-Theanine: 250 mg
  • Caffeine (Anhydrous): 200 mg
  • Vitamin B6: 5 mg (294% NRV)
  • Vitamin B12: 10 µg (417% NRV)

How to Use

Stir one sachet (11 g) into 500 ml of water and consume 20 to 30 minutes before training. Do not take more than one sachet in 24 hours. Adults only.

L-Citrulline-DL-Malate, L-Glutamine, Creatine Monohydrate, L-Tyrosine, Pink Himalayan Salt (Sodium Chloride), β-Alanine, Flavouring, L-Theanine, Caffeine Anhydrous, Beetroot Red (Colourant), Beta-Carotene (E160a; Colourant), Xanthan Gum (E415; Stabiliser), Silicon Dioxide (E551; Anti-caking), Citric Acid Anhydrous (E330; Acidity Regulator), Sucralose (E955; Non-Nutritive Sweetener), Fumaric Acid (E297; Acidity Regulator), Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin).

Allergens: None. Produced in a facility that handles nuts, wheat (gluten), eggs, dairy and soy.

Storage: Store sachets in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Use immediately after opening to preserve freshness.

Safety Information

Pregnancy and breastfeeding: Total caffeine intake of more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. One serving of this product provides the full 200 mg. If you are of childbearing age, pregnant or breastfeeding and have concerns that your daily intake of caffeine from all sources may exceed 200 mg per day, please consult a relevant health care provider prior to use.

Caffeine sensitivity: Use of caffeine may result in sleep deprivation. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products or foods (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. Avoid use within 6 hours of bedtime.

Medical conditions and medicines: Consult a registered healthcare professional before use if you are taking any other medicine (such as lithium), including chronic, complementary or traditional medicines, or if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma and/or an overactive bladder. Consumption with other products that increase blood pressure (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra, ephedrine) is not recommended.

Surgery: Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery.

Allergy: Do not use if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any ingredient. Discontinue use if a reaction occurs.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Excess caffeine may cause anxiety, rapid heart rate, palpitations, insomnia, restlessness, nervousness, tremor and headache.
